Install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC from here. Ensure to remove the McAfee addons where it says Optional Offers!
Step 3 - Fill Out the Form with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Open up the file with Adobe Reader DC. Highly recommend using the right-click on file and Open With (on Windows). This will allow you to digitally sign your form as well.
